Lead8’s Singapore studio was originally constructed by Wodd Design in 2015. When Lead8 decided to take over the unit next to them, they once again enlisted our help for the expansion.
The dividing wall was removed to give the studio a more spacious working area, with new partition panels and flooring matching the existing flakeboard dividers and concrete floor settings. Brick walls and corrugated sheets are also used to retain the existing studio’s industrial look.
